For our client, an internationally operating pharmaceutical company, we are looking for a Senior Enterprise Information Lifecycle Management (EILM) Consultant (m/f/d) to support a strategic enterprise-wide governance and archiving initiative in a regulated environment.

Your Impact

You will shape the future operating model for enterprise information lifecycle management across archiving, retention, governance, and application retirement.

This role combines strategic architecture work with pragmatic implementation guidance in a highly regulated pharma environment.

Your Mission

• Define enterprise lifecycle management principles and governance frameworks

• Design target operating models for archiving and retention management

• Support application retirement and legacy decommissioning strategies

• Clarify governance boundaries across content management, records management, and archiving

• Drive discussions around structured and unstructured data governance

• Translate compliance requirements into scalable architecture principles

• Support upcoming RFP preparation and evaluation approaches

• Collaborate with senior stakeholders across IT, compliance, legal, and business functions

Your Talent

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise archiving, ILM, or information governance

• Strong background in application retirement and legacy system decommissioning

• Experience in regulated pharma / GxP environments

• Hands-on expertise with platforms such as SAP ILM, OpenText, Solix, or similar

• Strong understanding of retention, legal hold, audit, and records management requirements

• Ability to combine strategic thinking with implementation pragmatism

• Fluent English required
