Lissy is a licensed physiotherapist who choose the path of talent acquisition 3 years ago while she started a bachelor in Psychology and joined us at first as a working student.

She is responsible for end-to-end recruiting processes. What she enjoys the most is being in contact with people and supporting them in their professional goals. Once a month, she is also animating 10 minute's break of a yoga-meditation as part of global monthly activities among other side projects.

birkle IT means to her the possibility to be flexible with her daily routine, to have team cohesiveness and knowledge sharing.

Lissy has a positive mindset, knows how to find her inner peace and will always welcome you with a smile. She is a surfer, enjoys being in the nature and discovering different experiences and cultures from people.
